Leoné Potgieter

Leone is a field guide with Matumi Destinations, photographing across Pridelands in the Balule Nature Reserve and in Kruger National Park. She treats the access as the privilege it is: most photographers visit this country, while she works in it daily. Leopard is the subject she returns to, an animal she finds as majestic as it is photogenic, and one that repays the patience the job has already taught her.
