Made-to-Order Products

All Eye of the Guide prints are made to order, which means we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or preference changes.

This approach helps us reduce waste and maintain responsible production practices.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Faulty
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Photos of the packaging (if damaged)

If approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • A replacement is not possible, or
  • There is a confirmed fault that cannot be resolved

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. If you need to amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it and we will do our best to assist.
