Will my print look exactly like the photo on screen?

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. Our printing and fulfilment network spans multiple countries, which means most orders are produced and dispatched from a facility close to your delivery address, reducing transit times and environmental impact.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days, with delivery typically taking an additional 3–7 business days depending on your location. Framed and canvas products may take slightly longer due to the care involved in production.

How are prints packaged?

Every order is packaged to gallery standards. Prints are flat-packed with protective layers, and framed products ship in reinforced packaging designed to prevent damage in transit.

Do you offer express shipping?

Shipping speed depends on your location and the product ordered. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. If you need something by a specific date, contact us before ordering and we'll let you know what's possible.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Returns, Refunds & Quality

What if my print arrives damaged?

We take packaging seriously, but if something arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days with a photo of the damage and we'll arrange a replacement at no cost.

Can I return a print if I change my mind?

Because every print is produced to order specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. If there's a quality issue or defect, we'll make it right.

What's your quality guarantee?

Every print is produced to professional gallery standards. If you're not satisfied with the print quality, get in touch and we'll work with you to resolve it — whether that's a reprint or a refund.

About the Photos

Who takes the photos?

Every photo on Eye of the Guide is captured by a professional guide during a real trip or experience. These aren't stock images - they're authentic moments from the water, the trail, or the field, taken by the people who live and breathe these adventures every day.

Can I purchase a print from a trip I went on?

Absolutely - that's what we're built for. After your trip, your guide can share a link to your trip gallery where you can browse and order prints of your experience.

Can I request a specific crop or size?

We print each image in the aspect ratio the guide captured it in, optimised for each product size. If you have a specific request, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate it.

Who owns the photos?

Each photograph remains the intellectual property of the guide who captured it. By purchasing a print, you're buying a physical reproduction for personal display — not the rights to the image.
